  1. We ate at ENSO a while ago and had mediocre service. It was close to the time that they opened so, I will give them a pass on that. The food was under seasoned and no where near as good as what the owners thought it was. More flash that flavor. Complex flavors that didn't mix, like the pork sushi roll. Made no sense and had no connection to what they were trying to pull off. It was winter, so inquired about the placement of a tomato dish on the menu. Caprese salad read on the menu that they used heirloom tomatoes. Waiter said they were from a local hot house. I was curious, so I ordered it. As expected, it was disgusting. Not heirloom tomatoes and, they were hard and mealy. When I spoke with the manager about it, he assured me the waiter was correct. We have not been back.
